Hamant Kumar Bahukhandi is an Indian politician and social worker, primarily active in the Yamkeshwar constituency of Uttarakhand. A leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has served as a member of the BJP Uttarakhand Pradesh Karya Samiti.

Before politics — a lifetime in the police, honoured with the President's Police Medal. After retirement, he returned home and founded the Bharosa Foundation in 2015 to bridge the disparity in society.
